Delegate Fluharty moves to amend “SB220 H JUD AM #1” on page 4, section 12, line 82, following the word “products” by striking out the period, inserting a colon and the following:

“Provided, That the tax shall not apply to naturally occurring plant-based derivative products not containing tetrahydrocannabinol content.”
